Alright then, put the info of them in reply to this and I'll put in the factions list. And are you sure you want the invasion to happen pre-prime? Most characters aren't as developed with their weapons and such until post fusion.

The pirates for one are a utterly destroyed and broken force by post fusion, phazon is gone, metroids are dead for good, adam is dead, depending on just how long after zero mission fusion takes place; the characters I have for whom age does matter would be older than I would like (by prime for example, Alex would be 14, and would be a good deal older by fusion, possibly even an adult, and I have a few things in mind that would not work with him as an adult)

The advantage of putting it early in the metroid timeline is that all the pieces are still in play.

The Vik'kri'xik are as stated before, one of the higher races; along with such beings as the luminoth, alimbics, and Chozo. Twenty nine thousand years ago, they fought a devastating war against the Chozo that ended in stalemate. The two signed a peace treaty that meant that the two could not interfere in the matters of the other. So for twenty nine thousand years the Vik'kir'xik sat and built their forces, expanding their empire and advancing their military science. Once they heard of the fate of the last Chozos on Zebes and Tallon IV: they made their final preparations to invade.

They reentered the intergalactic scene during Samus's Zero Mission when the Federation millitarized the former British Commonwealth colonies of the Omega-39 plural XX sector; a galactic cluster that was home to roughly fifteen galaxies. Unknown to the federation; this sector was actually located in Vik'kri'xik territory, and the presence of a true standing army was a deep offense to Vik'kri'xik sovereignity.

At the Command of High Dominator Xik'kra'val, the Vik'kri'xik deployed a massive armada to purge the sector of Federation influence, and within a month; they had totally defeated the Federation in all fifteen galaxies in the Omega-39 Plural XX sector.

Technology: The Vik'kri'xik, as one of the higher races, possess enormously sophisticated technology, some of which is actually superior to anything the Chozo, Luminoth, or Alimbics have developed, but the Vik'kri'xik have also lagged behind in other areas. The Vik'kri'xik prefer highly ornamental suits of power armor as opposed to the fairly featureless armor suits preferred by the Chozo and the Luminoth and possess an affinity for Mesoamerican build styles.

They are masters at manipulating the Four Fundamental forces as well as quantum phenomenon, and have technology that can manipulate gravity far in excess of anything the Chozo have ever been able to accomplish. They can not only generate black holes; but can easily create a Naked Singularity, which is to say, they can create a black hole without the event horizon, which many physicists say is impossible.

They do however, tend to lag behind on Alt-mode technology greatly; as they do not believe it to hold much military value. Very little of their scientific prowess is ever directed towards such things as recreation.


Appearance: The Vik'kri'xik are Stony Textured and rather Spindly insectoids who can range from a foot or two upon hatching; to well over thirty feet tall. Their heads somewhat resemble that of a praying mantis; but their eyes tend to be much less humanoid than those of the Earth insect; nothing that resembles a pupil can be found on them at all. Sometimes they have a humanoid bipedal stance, though at other times they walk with multiple legs like a man-spider, the number of limbs they have seems to vary greatly. Their color tends to vary greatly; and Males have few differences from Females. Their skin looks like it is made of granite because like the Diamonts whom they seem to have some form of relationship with; they are in fact Silicon based life forms. This vast array of differences in their "species" is due to their populations on each planet adapting to the conditions of said planet.


Culture: The Vik'kri'xik have an extremely militaristic attitude towards life, very little of their resources are directed towards recreation or pleasure, and they have a religious devotion to their High Dominator, whom they view as one of their deities. They discourage stepping out of line in any field except for the sciences; where creativity is needed to keep their technology advancing. What works of art they do create tend to be stunningly realistic and almost certainly glorifies war and their vast dominion, their films all tend to be some form of propaganda as well.

Lifespan: Lives until killed; Vik'kri'xik are not affected by senescence.
