| planning thread for a discussed RP taking place after the time travel RP "Darkness Becomes Them", with an indeterminate period of time passing between them, and taking place at an (as yet) undetermined location. | |

| I'm of course joining in this as Talon Locke. | |

| Though I also kinda need to change the motive. Armstrong has to be at least somewhat tactically/historically competent, and eliminating Talon Aran from time would mean taking out Samus too. Which makes it an incredibly dumb and time-destroying plan. Maybe the Kriken capture, reprogram, and send Talon Locke back with that mission? | |

| The Kriken wouldn't lose anything out of that, in fact Trace would have one less bit of opposition in Hunters, could even lead to them invading earlier. | |

| So who's going to go back to stop her? I was thinking Salara or Elaya. | |

| ...why not both? Hell, even Gen Armstrong might wanna get in on that action, the death of the Aran family would mean mass devastation on a galactic to inter-galactic scale, as well as the fall of the federation at the hands of the space pirates, I can see him wanting to keep that from being a thing. | |

| ...We never actually started this RP up huh? That kind of sucks, because while I don't really remember it, it sounds fucking awesome. | |

| I actually forgot about this idea entirely, though I made some changes to Locke that would make her far less likely to try to do something like this. Like a sorta one-sided attraction thing. | |

| I've gotta decide on a final decision for things for Locke because so far the only consistent thing has been her design and the fact that she works for the federation. | |

| Well, you did mention mind control of some kind. That could probably make things easier for her to kill Samus by proxy. | |
