personality: bat shit insane around phazon, otherwise only mildly insane, and somewhat smart, though not terribly.
strengths: physically very strong due to phazon mutation, phazon can be used to increase his power further, can fly VERY great distances due to his wings not using any muscles and therefore not tiring him out.
weaknesses: he will stop at nothing to kill all space pirates, up to and including dieing in the process, he also goes insane temporarily if around large amounts of phazon.

equipment:his standard issue space pirate armor, two small arm-like metal extensions with tubes attached somewhere between the middle and end that are attached to his shoulder blades, these are energy focusers that allow him to use the immense amounts of energy stored in his body to make large wings that allow him to fly even through the vacuum of space, these also act as his main weapon, being made of energy in a form similar to space pirate scythes (the ones that were used by the space pirates that my old avatar used) these are produced in extreme numbers, also he can shoot the "feathers" which are the energy scythes at his enemies, a weak galvanic accelerator cannon attached to the right wrist of his armor, a grapple system used to bring enemies in for close combat, and a PED modified to use phazon in the atmosphere of the area he is in.
character history: day 1: the subject appears to be gaining strength without gaining muscle mass. odd, will continue to observe and report to high command, as well as continue phazon infusion.
day 2: subject has increased in size, as well as begun howling and laughing maniacally, I believe that subject has lost his mind.
day 7: subject was caught trying to escape today. he killed 17 guards with several "tranquilizers" embedded within his back. he had to be subdued by an elite pirate from our small forces of them. incredible.
day 8: subject has begun breaking his bonds from growth alone. this one worries me, but he has amazing phazon resistance, recovering from his bout of madness in only a few days. will continue to observe.
day 10: subject has escaped three times in the last two days, even killing two of our few elite pirates! subject has been progressing to quickly, I will ask high command to execute him as soon as possible.
day 12: high command said that he will NOT be executed, and that this is more than they could have ever hoped for! The subject will kill us all before we ever have the chance to use him. I will kill him myself if necessary, but he will not sur... what?! no!! end of log.J-0-Ee was infused with orange phazon
