Saza Ra-roa VS Talon Aran

Saza walked into the ring, fully armored and ready to go and said "Talon! we're here together so let's give the audience a good show, eh?" and prepared to fire at a moments notice.

(Post Darkened World?) Talon walked into the ring, wearing his powersuit and spinning his pistols. "This is going to be fun!" he said, aiming his pistols at his opponent.

((...nah. pre Darkened World.....DW. wow.... no, if that were the case, then at this point I'd almost have to bring Arisa in on talon's side, and one of us would have to have yet another character in here.)) Saza begins firing rapidly with her combo beam (the one the SA-X used in fusion) and then fires a missile at talon (again the one the SA-X used in fusion) before going back to firing beam shots. shortly after the twenty third shot gets fired she jumps, spinning directly at talon, and a bluish green energy surrounds her and she chops through any shots fired while like this. (screw attack, once more the kind used by the SA-X, just a little more powerful because of phazon corruption.)

(True.)Talon telekinetically grabbed the missile, redirecting the beam shots around him and throwing it back at his opponent, diving out of the way of the screw attack and aiming his pistols at her, ready to fire a barrage of nova beam shots.

the missile hits saza, but gets cut down midair by the screw attack, and saza takes only minimal damage from the resulting explosion. when she notices that talon had moved (when she passed where he had been and did not feel something being cut in half) she ended the screw attack and began firing at talon once more, shooting a missile every now and then. after a few minutes of shooting had happened she rolled into a ball and laid a power bomb, which explodes after a few seconds of "charging" and the blast hits most of the arena. (not all, this is to give talon a chance to dodge.)

Talon watched the power bomb for a moment before realizing he should run, outrunning the power beam blast, stopping near the edge of the arena before firing several shots at the morph ball, activating his PED and charging Phazon into his blasts.

((sorry, I was making my breakfast, potatoes made in the microwave, and I made four, two for me and two for my mom, and I was cutting them open to see if they were all the way cooked, and then I had to add the butter, which can be a pain in the ass, and then I had to...yeah you get the idea. I also had to eat it too.))
all but two of the shots hit the morph ball before saza could un-morph, but two missed because she rolled out of the way before they could hit, and once she was relatively safe, she un-morphed and began firing again, sealing all exits for talon, then she screw attacked towards him once more, hoping to hit and damage him.

Talon ran toward the screw attack this time, waiting until she was close before sliding under her, turning his weapons into blades and pointing them upwards, intending to cut her to pieces right there.

"being shielded rocks, huh?" saza said as she passed through the blades, taking next to no damage, though still failing to hit talon, she stopped right behind him and tried to hit him on the head with her arm cannon.

Talon sidestepped the swing, still taking the hit to the shoulder, causing his Phazon powered shields to spark a little as he aimed one of his pistols straight at her face. He pulled the trigger multiple times, trying to burn a hole straight through her head.

"thank the gods for shielding." saza said as her shields flared and died down. her shielding was taking a good beating from those shots, but she was not about to grant talon the satisfaction of knowing that. she puts her cannon as close as she can get it to talon's face and fires shots, point blank, before morphing again and laying another power bomb.

Talon's shields were drained at the same time, even cracking his visor. His eyes widened as he looked down when she morphed, immediately jumping back and firing several shots at the same time. He dematerialized and rematerialized his visor, fixing the cracks.

the power bomb explodes and, as saza had rolled a little ahead of it and un-morphed before it exploded, forced saza at high speeds towards talon (though it did not damage her, as she was properly shielded against her own power bombs), and she was firing the whole time from her arm cannon. (beam shots, not missiles) once close enough to talon she morphs once more and lays another power bomb, which also gets propelled at him by the explosion, and exploding sooner because of it as well.

Talon's shields recovered quickly as he dodged the beam shots, then noticed the power bomb. "Shit," he said as the power bomb exploded next to him, sending him flying toward the edge of the arena, his shields completely drained and his suit breaking apart. He hit the wall hard, his suit falling apart completely as he started to get up. "That hurt a lot," he said, blood dripping from his mouth as he fired several nova beam shots at her.

((not power beam shots, plasma+spazer(?)+wave+ice combo that the SA-X used throughout fusion)) at this point saza figured "hey, wha the fuck. it's not like he could survive another shot.", so did not dodge the nova beam shots, and took heavy damage for it, though not enough to kill her armor. she begins shooting at talon once more, and once more closing off all exits, but his time running towards him while doing so. once close enough for it to be nigh impossible to dodge, she screw attacked at talon once more.

(Somehow having power bomb and beam in the same sentence mixes me up sometimes)Talon grabbed Saza telekinetically, redirecting her screw attack so that she flew just above him, crouching under her and firing a barrage upward.

((OK, sorry. I can understand why. I guess I play a little too much metroid to be able to do this without fail. would you agree or disagree?)) still screw attacking, the beams do not do much of any damage to saza, but she stops screw attacking once talon stops shooting and then begins firing at him to seal all exits once more, and basically repeats what she did last time, but this time stops midair and morphs and uses a power bomb right over talon's head.

Talon focuses on the power bomb and throws a telekinetic blast at it, quickly enough to push it away from him far enough to barely do any damage to him as he got up, spinning his pistols. "It'll take more than that to kill me," he said, ripping an embedded chunk of his suit out of his chest and kicking it at Saza.

the suit piece hits saza, but unless it was kicked with enough force to dent steel, it does absolutely no damage to her shields or armor, and in fact rolls off her, as she is still in morph ball mode. given that she is still in morph ball mode, she rolled at talon and began laying power bombs around his feet, and in less tight circles than that, and so on and so on. as the first one explodes it sets off a chain reaction that causes the others to explode with much more power for each extra explosion. this probably rips talon to pieces if he does not dodge in time.

Talon jumped upward as she laid the power bombs, throwing telekinetic blasts downward to propel him, being able to see the explosion from high in the air. He landed, causing a small crater to appear on the other side of the arena. "That looked like it would have hurt," he said, noticing the explosion took out a fourth of the arena.

but saza never stopped laying down power bombs, and the explosion just gets bigger and bigger, and more and more of the arena is getting destroyed as saza closes in on talon. ((she is taking damage from this, though much less than someone else would have due to being shielded against her own power bombs. she is also getting desperate, because the monster thing is closing in on being needed to be used by her body as her last attempt. and thus this is her last attempt at not failing to keep the inner beast inside.))

"I wonder how long it's going to take to replace this arena when we're done," Talon thought out loud as he kept outrunning the power bomb blasts. "How many of those fucking things do you have?" he asked, firing several shots at the morph ball.

((as far as I know, the SA-X does not run out of ammo ever because she has copied the different types and is constantly making more for her stores.)) "I don't know." saza replies, still blowing the arena to pieces, hoping to finish this before the beast she can feel crawling around inside her takes control.

Talon kept avoiding the power bombs, even firing at them to detonate them before her bombs got close to him. He kept running around the arena, or what was left of it. "You seem to be in a rush," he said, still firing at her. "Why's that?"

"I don't know, but I can feel something trying to get out, and I don't want that." she said, still creating an enormous chain reaction of power bomb explosions.
