Just an RP idea...(Zombie RP idea)

I was randomly rereading the roleplays(Forgot which one mentions this) when I saw the one where I had Talon make a throwaway reference to him fighting zombies. Then I thought "Why not make it an RP?". It would be pre-prime and take place on a planet that is made specifically for this RP so there could be a possibility of the planet being completely infested without huge continuity errors. It would be a huge scale outbreak(Like I said, planet spanning).

I would join that in a heartbeat.

I was thinking of naming the planet Tawfret(After the zombie planet from Jet Force Gemini, one of my favorite N64 games.) The RP would be just as the outbreak starts and spreads, and it would be a city planet(Either with modern style cities or a Coruscant style city). Speaking of which there should be a RP Planet Submission template.

Just put it in Galaxy, that's for multiple planets or places that aren't fully in the series after all.

Now we have to figure out who will be in the RP. I already figured that Talon will end up being there by crashing into the planet from a prison ship(Where's the fun in zombie survival when you have a powersuit and energy weapons that could kill zombies instantly, after all?)

we could do an open RP for people to join as it goes along. good idea, bad idea?
And, I've got so many characters that it shouldn't take much to pick a feasible one for this, just give me a few minutes to check through.

Now just to think of who/what started the outbreak. I was thinking it could have started by some unnamed group unleashing the virus, AND activating a huge EMP bomb that causes everything to shut down for a bit even in the orbit of the planet(Explaining how the prison ship ends up crashing).
Basically the worst zombie apocalypse situation to ever happen.

Though of course the EMP would only be temporary.

I think that sounds badass. I'm going to break out of full time-stream a little and bring in Nightmaer for this, in his armored humanoid body. I can't wait to see a zombie embedded in a wall (which I will explain in a PM for ease.)

Though for the sake of the fact that I want this planet to possibly be used for a future RP, I don't want Samus in this. For one, she would be completely overpowered for this situation. Plus it's never brought up by her and you don't just forget a planetwide zombie apocalypse. That and she'd probably end up blowing up the planet.

What should the title be? And should it be like a huge completely city planet or just have some regions be full of cities?

I'm also thinking of retconning my character into having extremely fast reflexes even before he got experimented on by Project Tsume.

I like the idea of prisons being in uninhabited areas, and large forests where there are plenty of places to be ambushed by zombies. So, a planet with plenty of cities and prisons and the like where all but a few of the natural inhabitants have become infected and zombified by the viral weapon with plenty of natural plantlife that could be used by the few uninfected or immune to ambush the flesh hungering and hunting zombies. the title could be "World war dead". Does it sound good or bad? I honestly want to know.

Maybe "The Dead Planet"? And that sounds good to me.

Yeah, sounds badass. Maybe the virus was exposed to phazon or some variant thereof and gained some mutagenic properties? and, I like "The dead planet", but I do still like world war dead. BUT, this is your RP, so I say: THE DEAD PLANET IT IS!

I'll combine the two: Most zombies start out as shamblers, but some mutate faster than others and thus it has both evolving zombies and variants.

So now I'm redoing this RP and putting it in post-fusion time, with Talon Locke and her Wraith/Ghost team instead of Talon Aran. Anyone wanna join?

Obviously I'll be joining, but instead of Nightmaer, I'll be bringing in Rowan Walker, just to see what kind of shit he can stir up during a Z-apocalypse.
