What a wonderful world

Akiba watched, thinking he wanted to do the same.
"Guess that means I'm a little disgusting too. But I knew that..."

"What? You want to gnaw on a rotting Hunter limb as well?" Dune asked, a little disturbed.

"Not rotting. But, you know."

Dune grinned. "As long as it isn't rotting, I'm cool with it. It was the fact it was decomposing that kinda disturbed me, but then again, what is food, is food."

"especially out here."

((*dramatic music*))
"Yea, out here." She echoed, and looked in a random direction with a lost expression, as if somewhere else. At the sound of a twig snapping, she spun around, and saw her worst nightmare; a Metroid. It slowly went about, as if not seeing Dune, Akiba, and the Zoomer, but Dune stared at it, pupils dilated, and shaking. She did not take out her weapons, she just stood in shock.

"So, you see, I ran out of gel fuel, I was forced to land with my luxorious stolen ship here, and I thought: 'Mother fuel! How much time I'll have to wait before someone takes me home?'. Fortunately, I realized I was on Bryyo, so I could get some Gel Fuel. Now, do you understand why I'm here or have you passed out... I think the latter, unfortunately", Agent I-82B said to a Reptilicus all beaten up. The alien didn't reply
"Oh, well!", Xanny said dragging the unconscious body of the alien along with him as he climbed up a tree. Then he saw a Metroid and, out of surprise, he dropped the Reptilicus on the creature. With the time he had gained, he creept away inside an empty tree.

Dune still stood frozen, unblinking, at the Metroid as it struggled to free itself from the body's weight.

Agent I-82B looked at the Metroid: it would have taken about forty second to eat that reptilicus, so he had to act quickly.
He changed his suit's color pattern into a striped black-dark green and climbed the nearby trees branch by brach, until he reached a tree above Dune.

The Metroid finished its meal and sensed Dune, who was still staring at it. Letting out another screech, it went to attack her.

Agent I-82B looked scared at the creature, but got slightly relivied as he noticed it wasn't attacking him... the he looked at DUne. He thought quickly and grabbed her with his entrails.
"Be fast, Xanny!", he said to himself while wrapping the girl up, hoping she would not attack him.

As the Metroid lunged, Xanny's tentacles wrapped around Dune, causing her to come back to Earth.. err.... Bryyo. Letting out a small scream of surprise, she tried to get free of the tentacles, not seeing Xanny. "What the Hell?"

I-82B started talking: "I know tentacles aren't the best thing, but this or the suck-energy creature! You were just standing as it was about to 'eat' you"

Dune looked at the Metroid, then looked up at I-82B. "Oh. its you."

The Agent nodded loosening his grip on Dune freeing her: "Hi to you as well! We'll hug and kiss later. Gotta any idea how to take the Metroid out? I have no ice beam"

"Er... I really have no idea. I'm pretty cool with running and screaming like a wuss right now."

"Avoid screaming! It will hear you easily, otherwise... I have an Idea... Do you know how Metroid react to gel fuel? If it is not immune, we may poison it!", Agent I-82B said.

"Not sure." Dune replied. "But I'm still with running away."

Agent I-82B gently posed her onto a tree and said: "Okay, you lead the way!"

Dune nodded and began to run swiftly and silently, leaving the Metroid behind.

Xanny followed her running as silently as she was.

The Metroid followed, still seeing their movement. Dune groaned. "We have incoming."
